A graceful white Burgundy from a monopole plot, the 2022 Meursault Clos de Meix Chavaux from François Gaunoux exhibits a luminous straw hue and aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, wet stone and subtle toast. The palate is elegant and taut, with precise acidity, fine minerality, a silky texture and a long finish that balances richness and freshness.
