Product Description
Listening to its environment, Maison Perrier-Jouët dresses this vintage (for bottle formats only) in an innovative box. Developed in France from 100% natural fibers from FSC-certified forests, the Ecobox is a gift box designed in a sustainable manner, namely without any mineral oil and by limiting the consumption of ink and water.
Harvested by hand, the grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats followed by malolactic fermentation. This Perrier-Jouët Brut champagne , with a dosage of 8 to 11 g/litre depending on the year, benefits from aging more than twice the appellation's criteria.
