The Nemox Gelato Chef i-green features a powerful self-contained refrigeration system with integrated compressor and environmentally-friendly gas. It features a 1.5-liter container in which a maximum of 1.2 liters of ice cream, sorbet or frozen yogurt can be made in around 20-25 minutes.
For the operation of the new i-green model series, Nemox now uses an environmentally-friendly gas as refrigerant. This not only reduces energy consumption compared with the gas traditionally used, but also makes the machine more energy-efficient and offers better cooling capacity. This has advantages for both users and the environment, and meets the latest standards.
