To ensure great deals for our members, we typically place orders with our suppliers the sale period ends (with some exceptions for bestsellers already in stock). Once the items arrive at our warehouse, the delivery process usually takes 1 to 3 weeks.
As soon as your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email notification with a postal tracking number. In the meantime, I’ve notified our logistics team to prioritize your order as soon as the items are available.
To access your account, you must first use the general store password and then click on the profil icon at the top of the homepage.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us at order@pbs-swiss.ch, and we will provide you with a return label and return form if you received your order less than 15 days ago. Item(s) must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all relevant documents. A refund will be issued in PBS credit, which can be used for future purchases, unless otherwise specified.
If you live abroad and would like to take advantage of our offers, you can request delivery to a colleague’s address or to your workplace (provided that such deliveries are permitted). Alternatively for small and medium orders, you can use the Swiss Post option "Poste Restante Consignment" at your closest post office (see more information here)
We host two major sales events each year through PBS — one in May and another in November. In addition, PBS Moments features several smaller promotions throughout the year, aligned with special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Easter, Back-to-Work and more.
